There are 2 methods to Chimney sweeping, Manual and Rotary. Manual is where we work our way up using a brush and rods. Rotary is starting from the top and using a mechanical aid to clear it out. Both are carried out indoors and do not require roof access.

We can sweep all various diameters of flues using our recommended NACS approved equipment. flues usually have an access plate to gain entry but we can go through the throat plate of log burner if a plate is not available.

Stove cleaning and servicing is essential to keeping your Stove running effectively. The ensures that the release of smoke continues to function safely through the flue.

We use a Hi-Tech digital camera system to check the flue/chimney on request after the completion of any job. This is to check the cleanliness and structure of the flue/chimney.

We offer a repair service for your Log Burner or Fireplace on request. We can replace parts such as the fire bricks within your burners, the cement floors, the thermal Log burner ropes and even the tiles around your fireplace.

There are various types and methods of re-lining flues that have been condemned as dangerous and defective. One method that is fairly easy and quick to install is stainless steel flexible liner which is inserted down into an existing chimney. Other methods include a cast in-situ system where perlite and concrete is pumped into the chimney.

A smoke evacuation test is carried out on all jobs, before sweeping or any other work is carried out.
